Ultrasonic Ink Maker is composited by Ultrasonic unit, PE bottle, IC contral system, Heating system etc. All of these parts are assembled in a Steel case.
It has six bottles inside which could meet the requiement of 6 color printer use. The ultrasonic strength, ultrasonic running time, standby time and temperature are completely adjustable and automaticly work. It's easy to operate.
Turn on the power, Ultrasonic Wave will emitted into the ink automatically. Upon the strong cavitation, smashing features of the ultrasonic wave, the agglomerated pigment groups could be totally scattered. And dispersed evenly in the solvent.
